Bailey Fisher, a leading Orlando personal injury law firm dedicated to serving clients with excellence and expertise, is proud to announce that attorneys Michael K. Bailey and Fay O. Pappas have once again both been recognized for their achievements as trial lawyers.
A well-established Central Florida civic trial attorney, Bailey has been named a Super Lawyer for the twelfth year in a row. This award comes as no surprise, as Bailey is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, a designation awarded to approximately only 10 percent of all attorneys, and is one of fewer than 200 Florida attorneys to be certified by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In addition, he is a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a select group of attorneys who have obtained verdicts or settlements of One Million Dollars or more.
Fay O. Pappas joins her colleague, Michael K. Bailey, in being recognized for numerous professional achievements. She has previously been designated a National Trial Lawyers “Top 40 under 40” attorney in Florida, a National Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 personal injury attorney, and a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Plaintiff-Personal Injury, and, in recognition of her continued exceptional reputation, stature and leadership as a trial attorney, has been awarded these same prestigious honors in 2020.
In addition to these professional honors, Pappas’ accomplishments have also been recognized with appointments to community boards. This month she was sworn in as a Director at Large to the Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers, an organization dedicated to promoting the advancement and recognition of women lawyers by expanding their opportunities for leadership and volunteering. She also recently accepted an invitation to serve on the Rollins College Alumni Association Board of Directors.
While honored by the professional recognition they have received, both Bailey and Pappas agree that their most important honor is having the opportunity to help clients obtain justice. They measure their success in terms of what they are able to achieve for clients who have been seriously injured because of others’ negligence and mistakes.
